Our success depends largely upon the quality of our staff. Camp Highland searches for individuals with a passion for working with children and a deep concern for the Earth.

Our staff comes from many walks of life, and each individual brings his or her own unique knowledge to our program. Each staff member is trained in first aid and CPR, must be able to pass a complete background check, and participates in an intensive training program prior to working with students.
