Teacher Forms and Paperwork
Here you can find all of the paperwork you may need to prepare for your school's visit. Most of our forms are in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. If you need them in a different format please let us know. We can also fax, email or snail mail any forms you may need as well if that would work better for you. If you have any questions whatsoever about any of the paperwork for your visit or are having trouble downloading the paperwork, please call the Directors and we will help you find the answers!
You will find our paperwork divided up into three sections... Preparing for your visit, Student Forms, and Teacher forms. We have the Student Forms in both Spanish and English as well. To download, right click on the link and select "Save Target As..." If you cannot open .zip files, please contact us and we will email or fax each form separately.
Preparing For Your Visit
If you are interested in signing up for any upcoming season, simply complete a 2009-10 Program Request Form ASAP and mail or fax it to us. You can either call us at (951) 769-1113, email us at director@camphighland.net, or you may download the form in Word format here.

Teacher Forms
Cabin and Field lists form - Excel spreadsheet to be filled out with student lists. Please email back 30 days before arrival.
Cabin and Field List Pointers - A reference for teachers for putting together your student Cabin and Trail Groups for your visit.
Guide to Teacher Time - You will have your students for One hour during each full day of program. This will help you figure out what is available to you and give suggestions on what you can do with your students.
Alpine Tower Risk Waiver
- This form is required to be signed by parents/guardian if students wish to climb. Students will not be allowed to climb if this form is not signed and returned to Teachers.

T-shirt, Hoodie, and Hat Order Form - We keep a supply of t-shirts and visors on hand but if you know you will have a large order please get this to us as soon as possible so that we can make sure we have enough in stock.
