- $55-$70 per day for each day worked depending on qualifications and experience (up to $100 per day)
- Housing provided 7 days a week throughout contracted employment period (no need to move out on the weekends or pay for utilities J)
- Meals provided when programs are in session (first lunch to last breakfast / non meat option available for vegetarian diet)
- Kitchen facility (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dual compartment sink, flatware, utensils, pans, pots, etc) available for staff to prepare personal food when programs not in session and to use on weekends. Wood cabinets, Rubbermaid, Tupperware and Pyrex(glass) containers available to store personal food
- Access to Highland Springs Resort facilities (swimming pool - open seasonally from Mar through Oct, exercise area for stretching, yoga, Pilates campfire pit, hiking trails, basketball court)
- Staff lounge with wireless internet/laptop computer/printer and recycled paper to use J
- Storage available for staff bicycles, luggage, misc items (scuba gear, etc)
- Laundry facility (washer/dryer/dry racks to save energy J)
- Paid training for First Aid/CPR recertification upon successful completion of two consecutive work seasons
- Paid medical or dental coverage option upon successful completion of two consecutive work seasons
- Work uniform provided (baseball style or ranger hat to wear if so desired, collared polo shirt, round neck t-shirt, sweater, hoodie, pants from Columbia Sportswear if so desired – no need to wear your own clothes J)
