Our success depends largely upon the quality of our staff. The best ideas in the world are useless if there isn't the right person to carry them out. This is precisely why Camp Highland searches for individuals with a passion for working with children and a deep concern for the Earth.

Our staff comes from many walks of life, and each individual brings his or her own unique knowledge to our program. In sharing our collective knowledge, Camp Highland is not only an inspiring place for the students that attend but also for the instructors that work here.

Each member of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR, must be able to pass a complete background check, and participates in an intensive training program prior to working with students.
